Delivery of goods


Delivery of goods is possible for the territory of Estonia, and is carried out by Smartpost or Omniva delivery services.


1.The goods will be shipped by post after order payment / order confirmation.

2. The sales contract is considered to be concluded from the moment of receipt of payment in accordance with the order confirmation to the current account.

3.Once the sales contract is effective, AquaZen will fulfill the order and give it to the logistics company for delivery.

4. Orders will be delivered within three (3) days or according to the delivery time indicated on the product card.

4.1 Delivery to the islands may take up to 2 days longer than delivery to the mainland.

4.2 If delivery is delayed for any reason, AquaZen customer service will arrange a suitable delivery time with the buyer.

5. For delivery without delay, the buyer must carefully check the data entered in the shipping field.

6. Large shipments weighing more than 31.5 kg or with a volume of more than 0.126 m3 shall be delivered to the destination and the Buyer shall ensure that the shipment can be unloaded.

7. Goods sent by courier, including aquariums are delivered "door-to-door", which means that the Buyer organizes the pick-up and delivery of the goods to the premises by himself.

7.1 Upon receipt of the parcel from the courier, the Buyer shall inspect the packaging for damage. A parcel with damaged packaging shall be opened at the Buyer's request, and if it is found that the shipment is damaged, the Buyer has the right not to accept the shipment. Subsequent claims after delivery by the courier company shall be disregarded and the Buyer shall not be entitled to claim compensation for the damage caused.

7.2.In case of hidden damage, the Seller must be informed as soon as possible and, if possible, a photograph (or video) of the damaged goods must be sent.

7.3.Products damaged in transit, but not the product packaging, shall be replaced to the buyer provided that clauses 7.1. and 7.2. and procedures are followed.

8. Seller is not responsible for delayed delivery of goods if the goods were delivered to the logistics company on time, but the delay in delivery is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond AquaZen's control.
