How can I find out the cost of sending an aquarium or other larger item to my address?
The cost of shipping within Estonia does not exceed 6-10 euros. The system calculates the cost of the item after you add the desired item to your cart and start shopping, enter the shipping address. In case the delivery cost will be significantly different from the one specified in the order, we will contact you to clarify the delivery details.
Can I order fish, shrimp and plants by mail?
We ship all plants by Smartpost regardless of the season. With Omniva, we ship plants when the outside temperature is at least +15 degrees around the clock. Unfortunately we don't ship fish by mail yet, they can only be ordered from the online store by picking them up yourself.
Can I order other fish, shrimp and plants that are not available in the online store?
Yes, you definitely can. Only a small part of the range of fish that can be ordered through us is available in the online store.

If an item was damaged during shipping and arrived damaged, do I have to pay for the return myself?
Of course not. If the item arrived to you damaged and you used the parcel machine to order it, you can return it to us free of charge with the same code with which the item was delivered.
You only need to pay for the return if you have changed your mind about the order and for some reason the item has simply become unwanted. If you ordered the goods by courier, be sure to check the packaging for external damage when you receive the goods.
In case of damage, if possible, take photos and send us a complaint for damaged goods to info@aquazen.ee.
